Freakfase Presents Music Syndicate

I am out here in Terrell Texas, Where drinking beer and playing horse shoes is only part of the buzy schedule. We also mow our grass weekly, get stuck in the mud, create roadkill, and enjoy a damn good steak once in a while. ..Most importantly is music. Country,  Western Swing, Blues and some fine heavy rock / Including Metal Refugees, and Classic Rock who-dats.   

I think Blaine and I may SPIN RECORDS AT THRILLVANIA THIS YEAR 2008 again ! After two years in a row of supporting our locals here in ghoul school. Its a dusk to midnight shift all through September and October. don't miss out. Bring us some CDs , vynil or MP3s you want us to include in the shows. And be sure that your music is heard. Remember that Thrillvania is an All-ages Family Midway environment so lyrical swearing is not an option.

What do we like, listen to and perform ....well. since you asked. : My roots are in Rock. and industrial so.... MINISTRY , NIN , MARYLIN MANSON, Devil Driver ! Ozzy and Sabbath , Buckethead, But also some Arman Van Heldin. Even Slayer hurts my neck ! occasionall Bob Dylan rocks the house..Grateful Dead is over but the acid lives on....Lonestar Dead on KLON is very cool. every friday night. Jimi Freakin Hendrix man ! Yeah ! too loud man too loud. We should all have time for Joni Mitchell, Sandy Denny , and Roy Harper ...Blind willi johnson,Huddie Leadbelly Ledbetter , Howling Wolf and Robert Freakin Johnson, and Soni boy williamson-

We are looking for East Dallas Locals to form exclusive Metal/Techno Industrial Band. ! If you live in Dallas Area and you are interested in being among a group of people destined to make psychotic music. Musician's behavior and Artistic input welcome. The gears are primed and we are looking for the following attributes in members : Lead Guitarist - Shredding, Crunchy chords, violent licks - Tapping, Arpeggios, Mixolidian solos, and short of a gruelling arsenal of signature sounds. Supporting Guitarist - Bar Chords. Fat juicy ones. Breaks, Not afraid of playing 2 or three per song. Not super fast just juicy and alot of "E" . and "D" tuning is acceptable. Bass Guitar - As low as you go. Thumpin Boom Boom of Doom. Don't need Flea or Jaco Pastorius up in here, just someone who recognize the floor and bounce it. Keyboards - Maintain single note backing , also responsible for samples and effects generated by PA. Vocals - Grissling grissle, some south in there. Some like Screaming , no emo tho, unless its really cool like 'the sound of a cat caught in a car door during a rain storm. And even better if you can do more than one of the above roles. There is a CD in the works. A complete gameplan of what is to be expected . Some acting out , and essentially a style required. But for the most part this is to end up being along the lines of : Slayer, Ministry, KMFDM, Shiney Toy Guns, the Cure, The Cult, Devo, KISS, Black Sabbath, Reverend Heat, Buckethead, and skeevy Los Angeles Metal all in one. Basically my dream band. Drums. - Experimental. interested in playing with some assistance from a backing tempo, or drum machine if necessary.
