What the *&^%$#@ is Freakfase Presents ?

Freakfase Presents was formed in 1989 by James Peters. At the time amatuer rock art enthusiast turned lead singer as appointed by his bandmates "Dry Water" of SFV. The band counted on James and his developement of turn key marketing efforts to quickly popularize the use of the internet to create contagious ad campaigns which encouraged and continued to endorse the bands who followed in those footsteps such as "Psychedelic Brotherhood" ."Death Benefit" , "Curley Sause" , "Beatrice" and then again with reunion bands created from the rubble of past artists such as "Kahls Famous Stas" and on to Texas where James yet still prolifically continues to churn out recording after recording.

After the January 10th 2010 release of Ceremonium Box Set DVD - James announced that he would no longer be the sole Principal of Freakfase Presents. The board members of Freakfase by proxy appointed David Mercer former Dry Water , Original PBR Streetgang SFV member and partner throughout his carer to be full partner to the Freakfase Entertainment Syndicate. David has began wih a quick start and is in full production with "Gearmo" the band has been heard on CSUN radio and has secured a spot playing a truly Electrical version of the Dry Water hit by the name "Electrical Requirements" written for Dry Water in 1988 by Ali Molavi.

Although performing bands gain alot from Freakfase know how, nothing is quite as satisfying as a blistering live Jam. James Peters hosts the Annual Freakfase Blues Jam every year  which is an invitation to all local rockers to come and self-indulgently show off your licks. The question is does America need a Freakfase anymore ?

The answer is : Sure it does. Freakfase is a limitless expression of music and art, it is romance and confusion. It is both patriotic and territorial. It embodies what this generation is hungry for,. A way out. A way out of the traffic jams, and webinars, a way for someone to sceam that they want more and deserve it with every drop. Yes it does.
